Book Review: Dear Deb

Dear Deb: A woman with cancer, a friend with secrets adn the letters that became their miracle by Margaret Terry is a tribute to friendship and faith that stands strong even during the most difficult of experiences.

This book shows how God is continually at work in our lives even when we wonder why certain things happen to us when it seems like it is all to much, much more than we can bear. The amount of encouragement in this book is just what anyone going through a difficult circumstance needs in her life.

This book would be a nice gift for any woman going through a difficult personal experience, whether it is a terminal health condition or some other event that rocks her to her core. There are encouraging passages of scripture without being preachy or evangelical, and the personal experience shared between these two women make the book come to life as if you were there holding their hands yourself.

Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book from Thomas Nelson Publisher in exchange for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion here is entirely my own.
