Inexpensive craft supplies

I was able to snag some inexpensive craft supplies by hitting the 90% off Christmas sales this week. I got:

  • Foam craft kits, including a sleigh and house for $.50 each, foam sticker sets for $.20 each
  • Felt ornaments for $.10 for a pack of 3 ornaments. I chose heart shapes and tree shapes. We'll do the hearts for Valentine's day! They are white but they had other colors also.
  • "Snow cover" blanket which is essentially felt, for $.39 each
  • Felt lace up stocking for .20, felt stockings for .10, sequins and glue for $.20.
  • Baking kits for $.13 to $.54
  • Silicone ice cube tray (snowflake shapes) for $.59
  • Fabric napkins for $.39 per two pack
  • Curling ribbon for $.10 per barrel- got pink, green and purple
  • Figurine "blanks" in the shape of snowmen and reindeer to paint, color or glue things onto
  • Red sugar for baking for $.25

Natalya already did the Christmas house. The stores are pretty well cleaned out of Christmas items, but if you think outside the box on ways to keep kids busy, you can find some inexpensive supplies.
